Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values firm to higher on moderate to good demand and moderate 
offerings. Choice and Select rib, chuck, and round cuts steady to firm. Loin 
cuts 
steady on Choice while higher on Select. Beef trimmings not fully established.
